Refund policy

At Makematics, we want to make returns and refunds simple and clear.

For this Policy, “Makematics,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Purpose Next Digital Media, the owner and operator of the Makematics brand and website.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7–10 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging and components are included.
The product has not been damaged, assembled, or modified after delivery.
Proof of purchase is available.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at hello@makematics.in.

Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We may offer a replacement, missing component, or refund depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Makematics may arrange or cover the return shipping where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, assembled, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without required components may not be eligible for return or refund.
